Ground beef and a simple bread crumb combination are used to make these hamburger patties. On a warm summer evening, a basic hamburger is unbeatable.
Ingredients
½ tsp. of salt
1 egg
½ tsp. of ground black pepper
½ cup of fine dry bread crumbs
1 lb. of ground beef

Step 1
Turn the outdoor grill’s heat up high and lightly mist the grates with oil.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, stir the egg, salt, and pepper. In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and the ground meat. Until everything is thoroughly combined, stir with a fork or your hands. 4 patties, each about 3/4 inches broad, should be made.
Step 3
Position the burger patties on the preheated grill. Depending on the desired level of doneness, cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
